Teddy Quinlivan at Sacai SS2018
Despite years of shooting model Teddy Quinlivan, I never realized she was transgender – until she came out as trans at the end of New York fashion week in support of other trans individuals. Brava! It goes to show you how ridiculous the U.S. laws against transgender people are: she belongs in a Victoria’s Secret show, not a men’s room. Here she is chic and beautiful in green lace after the Sacai show in Paris. Love the boots too.

Teddy Quinlivan at Valentino SS2017
Model Teddy Quinlivan posed in a black leather biker jacket and skirt after the Valentino show in Paris this fall. Add some black tights and this outfit would be a great bet for Paris couture week in winter, known for its relatively mild temperatures but gloomy skies.

Teddy Quinlivan, After Maison Margiela FW2016
It’s hard to resist model Teddy Quinlivan, who exits every show in a quirky outfit in a style that’s entirely her own and puts on a huge magazine-shoot-esque performance for us photographers. This move was all Teddy. After the Margiela show in Paris, she leapt past in a pale pink bustier, cropped black jeans and a jaunty military hat, still in her runway makeup by Pat McGrath. Wow.
