Williamsburg on a Sunday Afternoon

It’s hard to look hip and stay warm, but if you want to get schooled in how to do it, take a trip out to Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Fashion is still on the forefront here, even in freezing temperatures.

A trapper hat and pattern-edged coat summon the great Northwest. Salmon colored pants really make it pop.

A wide brim hat and lace up boots look just a little English countryside in the big city.

Slouchy knit hats are everywhere now, and this one looks particularly good paired with a weatherproof toggle coat.

The Nordic look of an oversized wool sweater with Fair Isle banding, plus a fur trapper hat. On him, bright blue makes the usual puffer coat more interesting.

Vintage fur trimmed coat with shiny black boots. A great silhouette of swingy top and minimalist black legs.

Two guys. Love the color in their outfits, which go with the colorful surroundings in Williamsburg.
