Debonair’s Style Services Guide

styleservicesad3I wish, wish, wish there had been a guide like this when I first moved to New York: Debonair’s new Style Services guide, which gives you a short, exclusive list of the best tailors, cobblers, dry cleaners, and watch repair shops across Manhattan. Instead, I did it through trial and error, and several botched dry cleaning, tailoring, and shoe repair jobs later, came up with many of the same resources.

Debonair, founded by my friend Eddie Hertzman, will be offering several of these practical guides to their subscribers in the coming months.  The Style Services guide is positioned for men, but both sexes can benefit from the info (watch repair often equals jewelry repair).  In these trying times, if it’s broke, fix it – don’t just run out and buy another cashmere cardigan/pair of black pumps! As many of us who have resuscitated an ailing pair of Louboutins know, what you have already can last you for years with the proper care.

The guide is free (and comes in a handy printable PDF form) on DebonairMag.com.
